Q: Why won’t my USB-C fast charger charge the radio battery?
A: For charging safety, the battery requires a standard USB-C power source rated at 5V/2A maximum. Higher-power PD chargers may not be compatible and will not activate charging.

A: Yes. The SW-9 supports shortwave reception from 2.3–30MHz with LSB/USB SSB modes for monitoring known frequencies and long-distance signals. SSB reception is available for listening only and does not include waterfall visualization.
